Local Delivery

IMPORTANT: Enter your address manually at the checkout. The system will not recognise addresses pre-filled by Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

 

Where do you deliver?

 

We hand deliver up to 20km from Marrickville, Sydney.

 

What does it cost?

 

We have two delivery zones:

 

Zone 1 up to 5km from Marrickville is free (minimum order $50).

 

Zone 2 up to 20km from Marrickville is $15 (minimum order $50).

 

How does local delivery work?

 

Orders will generally be delivered within three working days (sometimes it may be longer) of the order being placed. If nobody is home we will leave your delivery in a safe place. If no safe place is available, a redelivery fee may apply. Your safe place should be away from direct sunlight or rain and not in direct view of passers-by. If, for whatever reason, your delivery cannot be completed, we will be in touch to make alternative arrangements.

 

On delivery we will take a photograph of your parcel in place as confirmation. We cannot be responsible for the parcel after it has been delivered. 

 

No Parcel Collect or Parcel Locker. 

 

Why doesn't the local delivery option appear at the checkout?

 

  • Enter your address manually at the checkout. The system will not recognise addresses pre-filled by Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. 
  • Check the delivery address is within 20km of Marrickville.
  • Check the minimum spend has been reached.
  • Check you are not using an accelerated checkout method (including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay).

Returns & Refunds

 

Change of mind returns and refunds will be assessed by us on a case by case basis. If you want to make a change of mind return, the following conditions apply:

 

  • You must return the item by post at your own expense
  • If you received your order via free delivery a $15 fee will be deducted from any refund
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted for plants

 

If an item is damaged or faulty, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies. 

 

Anything else?

 

If your delivery address is difficult to find, please include as much detail as possible in the order comments section.

 

If the delivery address is incorrect or cannot be located, a redelivery fee may apply.
