Can I pick-up at your store?

 

No, we are unable to have customers on site. Don't forget we offer free delivery throughout Marrickville and surrounding suburbs plus flat-rate delivery throughout the rest of Sydney!


My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?


Oh no! That is the worst. If for some reason something arrives damaged snap a pic and send it to hello@foliata.com.au. We can send a replacement or transfer the purchase price back to you.


Let us know within 24 hours of your order arriving. If you don't let us know within this timeframe, we won't be able to take responsibility for any issues or delivery problems.


Can I change or cancel my order?


Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled on your side. Never fear! Contact us at hello@foliata.com.au and we will sort out any changes.
