Foliata is a boutique online plant nursery, specialising in indoor foliage, ceramics, plant accessories and plant care products. We have sent over 10,000 plants throughout Australia! Each plant is sent in its pot meaning it arrives happy, healthy and ready to green your home.
Do you ship to me?
We can ship plants anywhere in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and the ACT. We cannot ship plants or soil to WA, TAS or the NT due to quarantine rules. Orders that contain plants or soil from these states or territory will be cancelled and refunded minus any transaction fees. Transaction fees are non-refundable.
Non-plant products can be sent anywhere in Australia.
Can I pick-up at your nursery?
No, we are unable to have customers on site. Don't forget we offer safe and reliable hand delivery throughout much of Sydney twice a week!
My plant has arrived! What should I do to care for it?
Carefully unbox and unwrap your plant. A small amount of dislodged soil is normal - just place this back in the pot.
Check if your new plant needs a drink! If the top inch of soil is dry, give it some water. If the soil is still moist or wet, don't water yet. This is a good rule of thumb for most indoor plants.
Don't repot straight away. It's best to let your new plant friend acclimatise and recover from its journey. Leave in a sheltered spot for one or two weeks.
Does it need feeding? Not initially. Your plant will arrive with 3-6 months worth of slow release fertiliser in the soil. Use a soil conditioner, such as Seasol or Munash Organics Soil Food, every two months to keep the soil healthy. Use a foliage spray to keep your leaves looking bright, healthy and disease resistant.
Will my plant look like the pictures?
It should be similar! The pictures are representative of the general size and condition of the plant you will receive. However, we are talking living organisms here and each plant will vary. We will always send you the healthiest and happiest plant we have in stock.
My plant has arrived damaged, what should I do?
Oh no! That is the worst. If for some reason your plant arrives damaged snap a pic and send it to hello@foliata.com.au. We can send a replacement or transfer the purchase price back to you.
Let us know within 24 hours of your order arriving. If you don't let us know within this timeframe, we won't be able to take responsibility for any issues or delivery problems.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled on your side. Never fear! Contact us at hello@foliata.com.au and we will sort out any changes.
